Due to limits imposed by insurance companies, Bridgetown Kids is not to enrolled on any insurance panels. This allows for a more flexible, individualized, and robust assessment.

Completing a psychological assessment is a lengthy process, often taking 8-12 hours or more. To provide families with a clear picture of the cost, I offer assessments based on a flat fee.

Assessment Fees

• Autism Evaluation $2500

• ADHD Evaluation $1700

• Evaluation to assess anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, social/emotional concerns, and/or adaptive functioning $2100

• IQ testing only- this includes a telephone intake appointment, one testing session, a brief feedback session and a brief written summary of scores- $600

To assess learning challenges and academic difficulties, achievement testing can be added to any of the above evaluations for an added fee of $400

I accept checks, most major credit cards, and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. If you would like to submit documentation to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, I can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) upon request. Please be aware there is no guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you for out-of-pocket expenses.
